Ms. Williams

Back in October, Ms. Williams hurt her back and lost one of her two jobs, which she needed to make ends meet. As if that weren't enough, her teenage son moved out in November and wouldn't be pitching in for bills anymore. How could she get by with just one part-time job and no help? She had fallen way too behind on rent to even think about catching up. At 58 years old, Ms. Williams saw everything beginning to cave in.

Ms. Williams finally turned to Metropolitan Ministries for help this February. We were able to make a payment to her landlord and keep her safely in her home, where she belongs.
